Hume Health Return and Refund Policy

At Hume Health, we want you to be happy with your new product. If you're not, we're here to help.

Hume Health App Refund Policy:

Hume Health is the ideal companion for anyone committed to a healthier lifestyle. But we understand that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you find that the product isn't the best solution for you, You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, this will take effect with your next billing. Your Hume Plus Premium features will remain available until the end of your current paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel auto-renewal.

*Customers who wish to cancel their subscription must do so through the same platform through which they originally signed up

Apple

Subscriptions purchased through Apple in the iOS App Store are managed in your iTunes account settings. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your Hume Plus subscription as follows:

Open the Settings icon on your phone.

Scroll down and tap “iTunes & App Store.”

Click on your Apple ID (at the top of the screen) and select “View Apple ID out of".

Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.

Select “Disable auto-renewal for Hume Plus out of".

Android

Subscriptions purchased on Android through the Play Store are managed in your Google Play Store account settings. You can cancel auto-renewal as follows:

Tap the Play Store app.

Open the menu (three lines) and select “Subscriptions”.

Select the Hume Plus subscription.

Select “Cancel Subscription.”

Web

Subscriptions purchased on the Hume website are managed on the website. You can cancel automatic renewal as follows:

Log in to your portal,  by going to https://de.humehealth.com/ .

Once you are on the website, click on the login icon in the top right corner

Log in with your email address and password (the same details you use for your Hume Plus login).

Click on “My Subscription” on the left.

Under “Subscriptions,” click the “Active Subscription” link.

Cancel your subscription using the “Cancel” button.

Hume Health & Body Pod Scale Bundle Return and Refund Policy

Customers who purchased a Hume Health subscription and a Body Pod scale are eligible for a 30-day return policy. Since the software was purchased as part of a bundle, a refund can only be issued if the scale is also returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that your refund will not be processed until your scale has arrived at our warehouse.

To receive a refund for a bundle, the device must have been purchased directly from Hume Health and returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

  • name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Postal code

Exchange

We stand behind the quality of Hume products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or experience issues with your device within our manufacturer's warranty, we will be happy to replace it for you.

If the order falls outside the 30-day exchange and refund period and the item is no longer available, a similar product will be issued in its place.
